Kelly Services is hiring for a Office Manager in Geneva, OH at a local Rubber company.
This is a Temp to Hire role with our client.
Our Company has been around since 1965 and is looking to add to the team! Responsibilities 1.
Processing of all incoming orders and changes to current orders 2.
Maintain Approved Vendors List and qualify all new vendors to be listed 3.
Maintain and issue Purchase Orders 4.
Manage all documents flowing through office, including ISO 9001 documents 5.
Process and maintain shipping documents 6.
Answer phone and direct caller to appropriate personnel 7.
Audit internal processes and procedures in accordance to ISO 9001 8.
Maintain the company accounting system 9.
Maintain accounts receivables including issuing invoices and follow-up on delinquent accounts 10.
Process payroll 11.
Maintain and pay accounts payable 12.
Supervise activities of subordinates 13.
Ensure department is clean and orderly and all files are labeled, indexed, and stored properly 14.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the President or Vice President Basic Skill Requirements:
Trustworthiness Discretion in dealing with sensitive information (confidentiality) Positive attitude for working with customers Background of accounting bookkeeping (payroll, payables, receivables, etc.
) Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook Dependable and timely Candidates who have experience with ISO 9001 will be highly desired.
Hours will be 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday with a wage of $18.
00 per hr.
